Kim works closely with clients in an effort to maintain accurate and timely financial data and to provide accounting consultation and tax services. For the first seven years of her career at HB, she spent most of her time on audits of small businesses, governmental units and nonprofit entities, including two nursing homes. Kim's current role is that of a Manager in the Business Services area. She graduated from the University of Illinois with a bachelor's degree in Accounting and began her public accounting career with HB in 1990.

Kim and her husband, Scott, reside in Morton. Her outside interests include spending time with her family.
