Staci works in the Payroll Services department as a Payroll Specialist with additional responsibilities in Quality Control. She graduated from Midstate College in December 2011 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

Before coming to HB, Staci worked in the healthcare field for 13 years, primarily specializing in medical billing, patient accounts, and medical coding. A few years ago, she decided to make a career change and took a position as the city clerk for a small local government. It was there that Staci developed a passion for payroll and other accounting functions.

Staci was born and raised in Roanoke and she still lives there today. She and her husband, Jim, have been married for 16 years and have 2 children, Hayley and Jimmy. In her spare time, Staci enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, having backyard cookouts with friends, listening to music, walking, and swimming.
